Clang is now the default compiler for OpenBSD!

(previously a 2008 gcc fork, should be faster w/better diagnostics)
switch the default compiler on amd64 and i386 to clang, · openbsd/src@bc04e83
but keep gcc4 in the build for these as well ok deraadt@
