Finally dropped support for Emacs 23 in my .emacs.d. It's been long enough and debugging packages in Emacs 23 starts with `emacs -q` anyway.

Today I learnt that the original name for DOS was QDOS, for "Quick and Dirty Operating System"! https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DOS#QDOS
