Today I learnt that Pharo has integrated history!
This isn't a VCS, this is just a convenient way of reverting changes at the granularity of a method ('message' in ST terminology). It's a good level of granularity (cf file-level undo in a text editor).

I initially thought something was very wrong with editor config.
There are *so many* ways that reading a text file can fail.
Maybe it doesn't exist, it's a broken symlink, it's actually a directory, it's not the encoding you expected, or perhaps you just don't have the correct permissions.
Reporting good errors is surprisingly labour intensive.
Do you have a favourite way of highlighting text in a CLI error message? Currently I'm using backticks, but I'm wondering what's the most readable.
