F-expressions and call/cc are often regarded as elegant but far too powerful. Are there other language features like this?

I think GitHub Copilot (and LLMs for coding more generally) are best seen as a complement to traditional IDE completion.
Textual word completion is useful even when you have type-aware method completion. Copilot feels like a more powerful case of word completion.
I'm really impressed with fzf, the terminal fuzzy finder. It makes ctrl-r way more powerful, and it even has a ctrl-t to pass file arguments!
It uses existing terminal history rather than 'enable and now you will have history', which is nice too.
The ability to define small commands for npm with package.json is incredibly convenient and powerful.
I wonder why this hasn't caught on for other languages?
