Today in cursed C code: void foo(int32_t int32_t, int32_t bar); Since C puts identifiers and typedefs in the same namespace, this code just produces a confusing compile error about the type of bar! (This occurred in some real code after macro expansion.)

https://elm-lang.org/news/compiler-errors-for-humans mentions the importance of layout and paragraphs for compile error messages. Perhaps tools should do line wrapping if the terminal is very wide? It's definitely more comfortable to read.

Click bait title! We'll actually look into how integration and unit tests are implemented in Cargo. A few guidelines for organizing test suites in large Cargo projects naturally arise out of these implementation differences. And, yes, one of those guidelines will turn out to be: delete all integration tests but one.
