I'm still torn between wiki docs and docs in a repo. My experience has been that devs are more diligent (myself included) with repo docs.

I find myself just taking photos of documents for submitting forms, rather than scanning.
Scanning still feels more 'official' (a PDF instead of a JPG) but the sheer convenience of using a phone wins every time. I've rarely seen organisations complain about photos.

One month after configuring my VPS to reboot weekly, and I'm *still* finding services that aren't properly configured to start on boot.
I'm developing a newfound appreciation for tools like Chaos Monkey.
