I've started naming my servers digiocean1.example.com, digiocean2.example.com and so on. I wish I'd done this much earlier. I already have domain names for the actual deployed services, but it quickly gets confusing when you start moving things around.

I hear people say that Go is often hard to search online (hence sometimes "Golang"), but the vast majority of language names are common words. Names with punctuation (C++, C#) are hard too. Is this a big problem in practice? "Perl" isn't a dictionary word, but it's an exception.

I've started highlighting constructors like Some and None consistently with type names in difftastic, and the results look so much more readable!
