Side-by-side diff display is really hard in the presence of long lines. For difftastic, I'm experimenting with wrapping lines within each column. What do you think?

I carefully document `cargo install --locked` for difftastic users, I carefully use `--locked` for CI, and I've just realised that all my release builds totally ignore it! Oops. Anyone using my prebuilt binaries have been getting different Unicode width calculations in display.

I've released difftastic 0.68! A smaller update, but still worth upgrading: * Improved Bash, C, Go, Lua, Nix, Perl, Python, Rust, Scala, Swift and YAML parsing. * Minor display and git compatibility fixes.
