I've released difftastic 0.32! A small release, but well worth upgrading: * Difftastic is now smarter at discarding obviously unchanged content, producing much faster diffs in a bunch of cases * Fixed a crash on Windows when a whole file is added/removed

Do users of immutable systems (i.e Nix or Guix) upgrade more or less often than other platforms? There's less pressure to upgrade (unlike a rolling release distro) but in principle upgrading is easier.

I'm considering switching my personal servers (on Digital Ocean) from Ubuntu to Debian. I essentially just need something running Docker for most of my projects. Debian seems to require upgrading less often. Any opinions?
