Do open source users use services less than commercial users? I still find it amazing that I can store multi-GB images on Docker Hub as long as the projects are public. Docker and GitHub seem to made this economically viable.

Apparently you can buy smart power sockets now, e.g. https://www.amazon.co.uk/Lightwave-L42-Smart-Socket-Stainess/dp/B075XT62RC Whilst a consumer might enjoy the remote control, these devices also monitor power consumption. I imagine this would be particularly useful in a commercial property context.

Their JS stack sounds like it's evolved with framework conventions. (Mentions the excellent GT debugger. Maybe their use case is like mixing clang&gcc?)
