It's frustrating that many great BF programs have authorship but no clear license. It's hard to build a good BF test suite of 'real' code.

The task is well-specified, there's usually a build/test suite to check correctness of the modifications, and there's often a changelog they can consume too.

Has anyone built a great solution to 'run all my unit tests automatically'?
It's straightforward to write a while loop in bash, but handling timeouts, syntax errors etc well is hard.
Running on save would be good, although I wonder if you could run fast tests on each keystroke.
