PHP is adding union types, and even has a 'false' type to clarify the possible return values from built in functions!

GitHub's review process is really growing on me. PRs are nice because there's a clear accept/reject, reviews clarify the current status.

To clarify previous tweet: I'm not criticising the sysadmins at GitHub, I'm saying I'd choose a softer target to DDos if I were malicious.
